Founded in 2000, HRCBM is a human rights and humanitarian organization with unique blend of services. Though aimed at serving the minority community, the organization has programs which also benefits people of Bangladesh in general.
After careful observation and analysis of ground zero situation at Bangladesh and decade old issues of country’s minority community, the organization was designed to accommodate issues as it arises. HRCBM brings perspectives of International law and best of domestic law, direct implementation of rights instruments combined with unmatched humanitarian services.
In a country such as Bangladesh, a mere rights campaign will not help the victims. The country that is plagued by corruption, poverty, lack of good governance, xenophobia, political rivalry and racial intolerance, a mere human rights campaign will be rendered fruitless. Keeping that in mind, HRCBM has develop a blend of unique services through which it has been so far successfully serving country’s minority in particular and people of Bangladesh in general.

After due observation of the situation, HRCBM has decided to endow institutional support to those destitute children.
With that in mind and to bring better life to the children HRCBM has partnered with certain Orphanages through out the country to endow earthly services including education, rehabilitation, food and shelter.
While child gets the comfort of home at HRCBM's orphanages, the organization initiate an investigation to further unearth circumstances in which the child became an orphanage if it was determined that the child was subject to brutality the organization aggressively pursue with legal actions.

Note: HRCBM is organized through three direct organs: Local Chapters, General Assembly and Economic and Social Council. All chapters of HRCBM participate in the General Assembly to discuss, collect funds and direct organization’s overall policy and project in a democratic process. This process is in addition to the decision process that of Board of Directors (BOD) of the organization. The BOD may call a General Assembly to further discuss a project or inform the conglomeration as it is required.

The organization partially owns an orphanage where it has places the destitute children for rehabilitation. The Orphanage is known as "Manab Kalyan Anathalaya".

In the near future, HRCBM intends to extend the “Manab Kalyan Anathalya” making it self sufficient so that bigger placement of destitute women and children can be possible.

Apart from “Manab Kalyan Anathalaya”, HRCBM has also partnered with a number of other orphanages for the placement of destitute women and children. A list of them can be supplied if requested. All orphanages and partner organizations are constantly managed by HRCBM’s Economic and Social Council.
