Latter, Naren took away my belongings including the gold
chains and ring I was wearing.
Other five miscreants present at that time started to tease me often violently.
Latter, they started physical assault on me for days. On 04/24/2003, at early
morning around 4 pm, they took me to an unknown place in Khulna district at
gunpoint. From there, they called my father through mobile and using me as bet
the miscreants tried to manipulate him. They told my father that we are at Dhaka
while calling from Khulna. When I resisted, the miscreants used smoldering
cigarettes to burn parts of my body, then used fruit knife to slice my skin and
latter they grasped my head and forcefully banged on the wall. As a result I
became unconsciousness. On 04/29/2003, the criminals called my father and
ordered him to pick me up alone. They even forced my father to sign on a bank
stamped paper. Once I returned home with my father, I reported the incident to
the officer in charge of Chitalmari Police Station. He took me to a local
Magistrate court and recorded my alibi under section 164. I then explained to
the Magistrate about the ordeal.
In the meantime, on behalf of HRCBM, Advocate Rabidra Ghosh is providing legal assistance to me and my family. They also went to my house and took me to Dhaka Hospital for treatment and promised me to endow other assistance.
